Our founders, brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty, started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Despite the humble beginnings, their goal was to provide an exceptional customer experience and offer gear that they would personally use and love.

In an effort to give back to those who serve our nation and community, REP Fitness pledged $100,000 to three charities supporting military and first responder families in 2023. The charities we donated to include The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
